2. Consulting and Advisory Services

Refund eligibility for consulting services depends on the specific service purchased.

If a session has already been delivered → non-refundable.
If cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled date → the session may be rescheduled.
Personalised services already in progress → non-refundable.
